Looking for a gentle introduction to the BiS community? Our BiS Playgroup is the perfect way for waitlisted families to connect, explore our learning environment, and meet other future Big Cats.

When: Wednesdays during school term
Time: 9:15am – 10:45am
Where: Brisbane Independent School, Playgroup Area
Who: For families currently on the BiS waitlist

Hosted by Kirsty, current BiS parent and alumni family. Our playgroup offers a relaxed and friendly space for children and parents alike. Each week includes a mix of free play, sandpit and mud kitchen, a story or music session in our library, arts and crafts, and morning tea in our Family Hub. In Term 4, children have the opportunity to join in with our current BiS class as they prepare for the year ahead.

It’s a wonderful way to get to know our educators, other waitlisted families, and the culture of connection and creativity that defines BiS.
