Originally trained as a Mathematics teacher in Chile, Marcela’s teaching journey has taken her across continents and age groups… from leading high school classes to nurturing the youngest learners in Reggio Emilia-inspired environments. Guess what – Marcela’s daughter came to weekend Art Classes at BIS over 13 years ago!! We’re excited for our Penguins to learn alongside Marcela to benefit from her calm, reflective and experienced presence in the Basecamp.
