Reb

Reb was born in north-east France and moved to Australia in 1995. Her love of creativity and learning led her to study Ceramics and complete a Bachelor of Visual Arts, before going on to complete a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s in Early Intervention and Autism.

She has worked in the disability sector since 2010 and returned to classroom teaching in 2016. Reb is passionate about inclusive, neuro-affirming practice and believes every child deserves to feel understood, valued, and capable. Her work is shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience, strengthening her advocacy for neurodivergent learners and their families, and her commitment to creating classrooms where every child experiences a genuine sense of belonging.

Reb enjoys art, yoga, nature, and travel, and remains deeply curious about learning in all its forms. She has an eighteen-year-old son who has taught her more than she could ever teach him, along with two cats and a golden retriever at home.

Reb loves BIS for its strong sense of community and connection and looks forward to building authentic partnerships with families while nurturing confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning in every student.
